FM 4 Saturday 17th October
« on: October 17, 2020, 07:30:30 PM »
Tim defending, using early government army.
Lost 6 bases to depletions. Strong defence.
martin attacking with Zapata rebels.

Three objectives to martin's front. Left, right and centre.

martin's men galloped through the  government lines (boldly).
Left hand attack got shot to pieces whilst deciding whether or not to assault objective left.
Central attack pierced the line and came round the back to attack the central objective. Got shot to pieces and fell back.
Right hand attack outflanked government lines. Seized objective and held it.

Attacker re-born unit did not arrive.

Medium win for the defending government army. They held two out of three objectives.

Another loss for Zapata's lead man.

martin :'(

Sounds like another good game. I'm just confused by the left wing hesitation - sounds very out of character...

Any rule adjustments falling out of this (e.g. minus 6D6 victory points if your name is Tim...?)

Left wing hesitation was all Miguels'a fault. Rolled a  1 for one turn and a 2 in the next. Therefore his  unit sat there and got shot. Not sure if he is a true revolutionary?

Miguel sounds like a government plant to me, Martin.

Probably best to play safe and shoot him anyway?

Well, Miguel's story involves sisters, fathers and priests. Also he has a very big hat.

Maybe Miguel’s hat was too big and fell over his eyes. He probably had no idea what was going on!
