So while painting my WOTR figures i thought i would looks around to see how people have painted there figures, or added flags etc.  ...and....I can't find much.

I can't believe everyone playing BB is doing so with electrons or paper 😀...  would it be possible for some of you to add pictures of your Yorkists....or Lancastrians?  I mean after 7 units here things are just starting to  blend in.

Thanks....Bob

Bob,

Apologies for the quality of the shots, but thought I would snap some WIP stuff I have of my own.

These are based for a 15mm take on the Lion Rampant rules I am play around with, so the Men at Arms are 6 figures on a 40x40mm base, while the Levy / Yeoman archers are 12 figures on a 80x40mm base.

Here we have a few key trouble makers in Salisbury, Warwick, Northumberland and Egremont.
I am not 100% sure myself on having a standard for every base of archers / levy troops, but likely will for all the Men at Arms and Billmen units I do.

All the best,
Simon.

Simon...thanks (always nice to have a group of trouble makers...er friends)😀

Anyone else have any painted armies .

John Watson

I have loads of stuff. Most of it is Minifigs. If I can get my technical advisor to take some pictures I'll get them posted, but don't hold your breath as I'm still waiting for my WW2 Greeks to be photographed from over a month ago.

Is your technical advisor within the necessary 260 Miles John? :)

Hi Bob..

Lots of pics of mostly Piggies WoTR on my website.  The site got corrupted so reading the text is awkward but you can see the pics.

Kev,

Thanks very much... ideas a plenty.

Leman (Andy)

Here are some recently completed units for WOR BB@. Mounted by me and foot by my friend Paul. Richard III flag by Freezywater, other flags for generic units from PP. Mix of bow and bill on infantry bases.

Antioch (Bob)

Very nice...& thanks for posting.

Lovely shots Leman.

I will add that seeing Kev's page is what gave me the idea to jump into 15mm for my Wars of the Roses, rather than flagellate myself over the wonderful, yet too large for me, Perry's collection...

martin goddard

Definitely "well good".

Radar

Those are very nice Leman. Almost tempted...

Antioch (Bob)

Oh you should Radar.... you really should.

I have been enjoying working on mine quite a bit.

Radar

It is very tempting, I might have distracted myself with a Montrose/Irish Brigade though.

I like the fact I have inadvertently visited a number of battlefields already, plus I became quite a Richard III fan during A level history (sneaking feeling our history master indoctrinated us all).

First impression is lots of armour, which looks good. A quick WotR question: blackened armour?
