Scouting Question

Quick question.
Scouting scenery - die modifiers.
-2 for a poor unit.

Does that include a poor quality scout, or just intended for poor units that are scouting?

Only ever used average scouts previously so this hasn't come up before.

Hi Nick, don't have my rules to hand but if it says 'poor unit' then it only applies to units, scouts are not unit, hope that helps

I seem to recall from the recent Piggy Day that scouts do not have a grade (vet, ave, raw) and so there is no modifier for this, but units do. And, of course, both scouts and units can scout scenery.
