Gaming days at Entoyment

Martin is looking at organise a Western games day in the near future.
I also suggested a PBI and a possible CWB games day too. These would be 2 games (maybe 3 with western ?)on the day with lunch and possibly start the day at local MacDonalds around the corner. 
So what we need to establish is possible days people are likely to attend from after August bank holiday until early Xmas.
I ve listed the available weekends with events that I know of on those weekends. 1 that I am away too....
That leaves us with:
7/8 (Colours) 14/15.21/22 (Arnhem) 28/29 September.
5/6. 12/13 19/20 ( I am away) 26/27 October.
2/3. 9/10. (Crises) 16/17(Warfare) 22/23/24 (piggy Weekender) 30/1 November.
30/1, 7/8, 14/15, maybe 21. December.
If other people that are interested can go through this list and put the weekends (mainly Saturdays) that they can attend and note which is their preferred event ? then maybe we can get any one of the events set up before Xmas. 
(Example Sept 28 Western/CWB)
Then we might be able to organise something.

I would be particularly interested in a Civil War Battles day  as they are one of my favourite rule sets and I have not managed to get to the last couple of CWB days. My current shift pattern indicates I should be able to make Saturday 5 October or Saturday 26 October. I also fancy a Square-bashing RCW day sometime in the future.

I can't commit to anything November wise until we know what is happening with all this Brexit malarkey.

Ok as Martin has set aside 26th October for CWB day.
Can I propose October 5th or November 9 PBI ? Theme:1944. Any theatre unless people suggest a more specific area of interest. 1944 army set up with equipment that was available up until the end 1944.
If Chris is knowingly available for October 5th can I suggest this date ?
This gives us a 2 week gap between, or a weekend off between each event ?

Sadly the October 5th date is Warhammer at Entoymnet.  They believe that the shop will be very full with gamers doing warhmmer.

Ok thank you. 9th November? Crises is on that weekend, but I don't think that will affect us ? It will be quite as a lot of the Entoyment crowd have gone to Belgium.

At the moment I am putting the feelers out to see who would be in and interested. PBI as per rule book
It would be across the board, Any Forces involved in 1944, mainly concerning the the Assaults towards the Downfall of Reich involving mainly Italy, France,Nw Europe and Soviet front.
Saturday 9th November is the proses day at the moment.

That day (sat 9th November) is fine by me.
I will use US airborne (Veteran) or British Airbourne (veteran) or Volksturm (raw).
Whichever evens up the sides.
As per rules suits me too. I like putting out the scenery.
