BB is now at the stage where decisions are being decided :)

Just some thoughts that I would like to mention
1. Maybe do BB as a print on demand and pdf versions only.
2. Return to BW finish.
3.Get some battle reports on you tube before publication.
4. Some new figures to add to the range.

Although I have yet to play  a new version game I do like the direction the rules are taking in terms of historical tactics and appearance of the tabletop. I also like the news that new figures are on the way. Could I make a plea again for some heads to give the figures even more variety?

It is interesting to note that although there are only 8 years between Stoke Field and Fornovo how very different these battles were in look and tactics. This is one of the reasons that I like the tightly focused approach of RFCM rules.

Martin - if "BW" means "black & white", would the additional cost of colour matter so much if it's only PDF / print-on-demand?

In the first instance, there's no cost, and in the second presumably things could be set up such that the buyer bears the cost directly?

I personally very much liked the additional dimension that colour brings (e.g. the Pirates rules, and the colour photos in the PBI rules and army lists), so it would be great if we could somehow include this at no additional cost to PP.

Agreed. If colour makes little difference to the cost, then it is the wiser option.

WOTR heads, yes A good idea. It would give the units some more character etc..

I think that having the rules in colour makes a big difference, and is worth doing unless there are large cost implications.
