The file is 15mb so I expect that is the problem. A lot of sites and sites on route between the source and destination will not allow files of this size to be transmitted.

There's likely a conflict between the browser and their anti-virus.   A start to resolving would be to go to their preferences / security / view certificates but they'll likely need to google for assistance.
