Bet you get a lovely finish, though - can't see the brush strokes, and no drips?

Thanks.

Only problem with the shed doors now is they are literally eating up bottles of Nuln Oil

Part 2 Royalist coat colours https://www.keepyourpowderdry.co.uk/2020/05/coat-colours-part-2-royalist-regiments.html
Part 3 Scots coat colours https://www.keepyourpowderdry.co.uk/2020/05/coat-colours-part-3-scots.html

...and looked at the Trained Bands https://www.keepyourpowderdry.co.uk/2020/05/the-trained-bands.html

But back to normal service. Lord Robartes's RoF, usual history etc at https://www.keepyourpowderdry.co.uk/2020/05/lord-robartess-regiment-of-foot.html

And Lord Hopton's https://www.keepyourpowderdry.co.uk/2020/05/lord-hoptons-regiment-of-foot.html

That flag looks very flat, think that needs a bit of a tweak

Grey Heron

Hello, new to this size period, however, love your regiments. Just a couple of quick questions on pikes and flags. What length do you cut to with your pikes and where do you purchase your flags.

Thank you.

Cheers,
Helen

Smiley Miley 66

I too would love to know what size you cut your pikes too ? Is it true the London based regiments went down from 18foot to 14 foot because of travelling around the streets ?
It is nice to see your pictures back on these pages, I still get your updated blogs.

Some more lovely post here on RCFM.

Been to look at your site Radar, remarkable, I could not find or get a link back to here or PP web site!!  With so much PP and RCFM stuff shown.

Lots of references to Peter Pig competitors for figures, buildings and rules.

Alan Goodenough

You have no idea how much you have reduced my ECW Anxiety with these colour guides!

Thank you so much!

Leman (Andy)

When I used to work in North Merseyside a chap used to pass me quite frequently on the Formby by-pass with a sticker of Charles Gerard's colour in his rear window.

Great work as usual.

I'm itching to play some Regiment of Foote now. I've just painted up some club men; my first units for my ECW for 3 or 4 years I'd say.

Leslie BT

an army here to play then  Sean, painted and ready to go with all the scenery and a gridded cloth.
