I am with Sean (I think) on "no grid". I think the linear nature of the battles is better suited to no grids. Otherwise most of the original BB works as far as it goes. One glaring omission in the original was the lack of cavalry rules. I know that cavalry was not a big thing in the WOR but on the odd time that it was used it was, like Bosworth, significant.
Having used Bosworth for many demo games at shows I always ended up fudging the cavalry fights. I suggest small but powerful cavalry units and larger less powerful infantry units, with enough power to be able to hold and envelope the cavalry if they don't break through at first.
