I was wondering if any of you guys know where to find a Egyptian T34/100 for use in Ak47 republic. If not, do you guys know of any good ways to convert a T34 into a Egyptian T34/100?

Its more than just a larger turret. Its mounting a Bs/3 100 mm tank gun in a turret that looks like that placed flat sheet metal around the original turret of the t34.

They also used the same conversions to mount 122mm and 152mm guns. The T34/85 turret was used with the gun installed into the turret, then armoured plating was added around to complete the turret to fit the gun and crew. I am still trying to find plans or better pictures to make some of these turrets. Great way of up gunning an old 1940's tank.

Looks like you may have a customer for a few as well.

Have you visited the library at Bovington Tank Museum for some plans?

Have a look here http://svsm.org/gallery/t-34-100/P1730726

Looks like the Latrun Armor Museum has a complete real one, worth a visit?

Needs to be an order for twenty or thirty to be worth making the master, creating the mold, and pouring the resin.

Here is the book and plans for the 122 mm gun conversation, I think it's the same for the 100mm gun tank.

I only really need 3 at most.

I will have to convert....which considering how these tanks where made, its rather appropriate.

Well there is a set of plans, buy the book, reduce down to 15mm scale and convert your t 34/85. Or pay for someone to 3D print it ?

I have done 3d printing before, not too happy with the results in most cases.

But I do plan on getting the book. The t34/122 isn't exactly what I am looking for, but it will help with getting the scales correct for the 100. If I get something wrong, I can argue its the nations attempt at their own version of a t100.

If you make one as a master you can use a product like 'Blue Stuff' from green stuff world to make a simple mould.
