I'm not one to grumble, but...

... posting news of Martin's lovely new ECW houses on the TMP forum before informing the folks here, or highlighting as headline news on the Piggy website...

... he's only gone and sneekily posted a new photo of the [admittedly, recently promised here on this very Forum] re-sculpt of AK47 pack #1, now beret-topped bodyguards with AK47 [looking very nice, by the way!]:



I suspect a conspiracy to get us all to regularly trawl the PP website to see what's popped up to tempt our wallets while we've not been paying attention...

I don't think Martin should feel obliged to post news here first - he should get it where it will have widest readership. Of course any contribution here is greatly appreciated 😀

The new stuff coming out is great, but my painting backlog means it will have to wait it's turn to go under the brush. I'm now painting  the preacher and dog sets for RoF2.  Of course that doesn't stop me buying them in anticipation of a gap in my painting time becoming suddenly available!

I agree about not wishing to raise any obligation on Martin's part to post here. My original post was intended in the spirit of "trivial issues" and "no solution expected"!

It would be such a shame to distract Martin from sculpting yet more figures that we won't have time to paint for a while but will probably buy very soon anyway on the basis of their novelty and shininess...

Exactly.  By the way I painted up your namesake from the US Vietnam  character pack yesterday. He's ready to Lock and Load, because  as we know Charlie don't surf!

Someone ["mashrewba"] kindly posted about your new Turks on TMP yesterday and got some enthusiastic responses. It may well be even more efficient as marketing to get your punters to do it for you!
