MM is now with you .

1. Attacker units split left and right on deployment.
2. Colonial army some increases to scenario.

Thanks Martin

I think The additional scenario points weight the game in their favour

The communication level 6 (4 + Professional + Regular)guarantee's HE or airstrike when required
Tuesday my poor Religious army was hit 3 times by each

If I was playing with Colonial, I think I'd always spend 4pts on light armour, and probably 5 on heavy armour too due to the +1AP each turn.

As Stewart says, they'll almost always have 7 Comms points, possibly 8 if they attack meaning HE amd airstrikes are likely every turn.

They also stand a good chance of winning the majority of the events with all of those bonuses.

A scary prospect!

Remember if you gamble 7 or 8 on communication and go over 12 you get nothing

Another consideration is that 4pts on light armour and 5 points on tanks = 9 points. That only leaves 2 points for extras.
If foot units have no heavy weapons or extra bases they are more delicate in terms of battle endurance.

I might spend 4 on light armour and then 3 extras (men or weapons) = 10 points. 1 point for a bodyguard?

Well, I've been playing that wrong then!  ;D

That does make a difference then.

Amd Martin, I agree without additions, units can be both vulnerable to losses and lack some punch with no heavy weapon.

Of course playtesting will sort the foxes from the chickens.
