AK fight token

AK has various extra tokens to enhance shooting, AP, morale.  All good.

The fight one is still not quite right.
We have tried:-
 +3D6 in the fight
re-roll fight D6

The problem is that if the token only lasts that particular turn there might not be an assault.  A second problem is that such a token makes too much difference if the unit carries out 2 or more assaults.

At the moment I have allowed a  token to be kept. This might cause complexities with players not knowing when to award or use the tokens.  I prefer the award and use this turn system.

Here are some thoughts.

The token must affect fights, because that is the title of the scenario section for this token.  The whole section could be redefined as something else  such as movement or leadership?

The fight bonus could be redefined, but the problem remains of a fight not happening.
Perhaps make the bonus = "assault requires just 1AP". Then the assault is easy to create?

General thoughts?

I like that idea. Making an assault easier to carry out rather than affecting the outcome too much.

I think the cost of assault is the main prohibited to assaults, so a 1AP assault would be good. But as already stated this would be no actual benefit in fight itself.
