What to do against vehicles if you have no big shooters

The best things/first level  to kill vehicles are Heavy armour and gun armed light armour.
Second level can be RCL and field guns.
Third level is foot AT.

Some ideas
1. Tackling vehicles can be done by close assault. Better if in solid buildings or jungle. Although it would be unwise to have vehicles in such scenery.

2. Move foot bases up so that they begin the following opponent turn with opportunity AT.

3. Place scenery so that vehicles need to get through it n order to fight in the battle. Nasty scenery will delay them most of a turn. Chance to use 1 or 2 above.

4. Hit vehicles with off table HE or airstrike if communication is good enough.
