Simon has tapped PBI into good shape.
I am making some final simplifications.

Mostly minor.

1. Deleted "3 vehicles in a square +1 to big shooting"
2. Deleted "-1 to vehicle save if foot AT present"  They had a chance in opportunity shooting to do some damage.
3. Non conformist gone. Small 340 point replaces it.
4. Dug in now = template.

I will get #95 out to the team this weekend.
