Cavalry Flankers

Quick question on flankers?

The rules say Units of 4 or less only count +1 to the flanker total.

Does this only apply to Infantry? Or are all cavalry units in flankers only contributing 1 as they are all 4 or less!

Yes they are all small "+1 only" units.
This should stop players using a multiple of small units to create a good flank assault potential.
