Nice to see these painted. Andy Gittins died a coupe of years ago. His strength was in his ability to get along with most gamers. He was polite, intelligent and good humoured. These would be qualities i would aspire to. It is always sad to see dead wargamers with comments such as "didn't suffer fools" or "had strong opinions", meaning they were nasty and of little use to the hobby.
