Game tonight Macedon v Rome

Macedonians v Romans.

The Macedonians were attacking and the Romans defending.
The Macedonians swept away the Roman left flank but the Roman right flank held firm. This right flank won again and again even with fewer D6. Good old Praetorians.
Those lucky praetorians helped the Romans get a small win.  This was mainly due to their not losing many bases, giving only 4 kill D6 to the Macedonians.

I enjoyed using the CK rules, They are good.
The game lasted 2 hours which works well.

The way C&K deals with armour in particular makes for some interesting dynamics.

Yes. I had a good game. Nice to be able to "general" an army without being a lowly captain too.
