That's fine Martin. In that case it need to be made plain that ONLY the nationalities listed can field non-conformist companies.

In the case of the Fins surely they can be simply placed within the category of Partisans alongside the Estonians and Latvians. Not going to get into a protracted arguement using difference points of view from differing sources over their abilities and capabilities. Life's too short for that.
