Really looking forward to this event.
I have been a bit slow off the mark( had to go to work, that will never catch on!)  but am now getting the southern team organised. I hope there will be 4 of us and will get it done soon! Sorry for tardiness!

Hi Martin,

no thats all good. There is lots of time still. The only reason I'm pushing for early commitment is that the venue wants to know numbers as there is catering implications and the room bookings
