10 hour ACW ship painting marathon....

A collection of 3D printed ACW sips 1/600 scale. 3 Union city class ironclads (7 built), a Confederate double ender ironclad ram (never completed, of course), several Confederate rams and a gunboat, and last but not least a Union spar torpedo ship that could semi submerge it's profile, guess which one?... I used green stuff to make the washed deck look with clear gloss lacquer gives the deck a wet look. Picture doesn't do it justice. It's 8AM... time to sleep

Excellent looking river fleet. I must admit I do find the riverine warfare, especially in the western theatre, to be the most interesting aspect of ACW naval actions.
