Parliament has 6 foot units and 1 armored pistol cavalry to deploy in squares D4 and E4. But squares only have a capacity of 3 units, so there isn't room to put 7 units in two squares. The armored cavalry is only one base in size; is that meant to be free like light guns and dragoons?

Can Charles deploy his guns on the hill?

Yes well spotted. I would suggest moving 1 unit over to the left of right where there is room. Or you the cuirassier base the same as a light gun.

Yes Charles can put his guns on the hill, rethink that would be a splendid idea.
