Hi to you all,
Forces and terrain coming along nicely and next step is to purchase the asset panel and markers from Warbases for the game. For those of you who have already obtained these I would like to know if one set of markers is sufficient for a game for both players or does each player require their own set.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,

One set each is probably best , but at a push you can share ...

Thanks

Hi Simon,
Thanks for the prompt reply - much appreciated.
Two asset panels and two sets of markers it is!

The markers are very useful. I think Simon got them designed?
They have been available for 7 years now???
I bought the transparent ones but found the etching too feint for my poor eyesight.
Went over the writing with a pen and they are very clear now.
The MDF ones are clearer to read and chaeper too.

Barry you will find a version here.  https://warbases.co.uk/product-category/games-specific/square-bashing/

A member of RCFM, Ray Boyles, designed the record keeping dashboard.  This is an easy way to keep track of your army.

Thanks to you all for the info. I intend to buy the plain MDF markers (not because they are cheaper but I prefer plain MDF markers over the acrylic ones!) and I do like the look of those asset dashboards!
Thanks again and happy gaming!

I had forgotten all about these. They were a great idea.
I have ordered similar for the Mex Rev rules.

I have my FfM markers stuck onto some bases, until the rules are finished then I was going to order some as well.

We could ask Warbases to do a set especially for FfM. They are very obliging.

Simon I have a set on order for Mexico from warbases

That was quick, Stewart! Are they going to make this a "standard product" as they have for the Square Bashing and Vietnam markers, do you know?

Morning Simon, not at the moment, as the rules are still in a state of flux we aren't sure if all the markers will be needed or if extra are needed.
Once the number and type are set down then I don't think it will be a problem for warbases to provide a set.

Thanks Stewart - that makes a lot of sense!
