Hello all
My internet broke.
BT says it will 4th August until an engineer can come along.
We have a temporary modem.

All should be fine now (what could go wrong???) and Julie will get the shop cart running today.

We had similarly responsive support from BT with the Internet at work. Fortunately at home we have a choice of Internet provider, and exercised it.
