Format for articles

Just finished throwing a word document together for making the rice paddies and wondering about the format to have it in and if I email it to you or what. If so which email address do I use.

Good questions.
The best format for me would be  Microsoft WORD.
I can copy text from e mails and make it into word  format.
I can read PAGES documents too.
PDF is bit of  a nightmare but I am sure I can do something with it.
