WW2 German Aufklarungs Platoon as just acquired another couple of Sdkfz 250. Probably could have built the unit without these as already had 10 but they were cheap and I want to use mostly the Neu version. Vehicles aren't PP but the majority if not all the dismounts will be along with a lot of the crews.

Simon I can now claim a genuine new "unit". I am just starting on some explosions as markers for off table artillery for PBI and SB.

Colonel Kilgore

Excellent, John - I'm glad you're back on the path of righteousness.

I'd love to see some photos in due course, if this is feasible?

12 strong Napoleonic French dragoons. Old Falcon figures, really nice and shame they are gone.

I am having a "Writers Block" on figure painting at the moment. So a couple of weeks ago I converted an Atlas Editions "the General" to "119" which has a longer boiler and a different coal bunker.
This week I made a " Sahara Fort" that fits on 12 x 6 and the next coming week  I might make an "Apache Fort" or more "Trappers Stockade" stylie!!! That also fits on a 12 x 6, having a good supply of "Stirring Sticks" and foam card.
I am very happy with the Arabic type fort, I think I got the proportions right ? I can even change the flag pole to suit the period or occupant? It could at a push be used for the pirates ? But it has a Square tower and not a round tower ? Which I think was more prevalent in that area ? ( someone will put me right with that fact ?) PITS,Square Bashing,PBI and AK47 and maybe a few others are covered ?( Mexican Rev ?)
