Thursday  5th December
Edgcote.
Fought this battle on Weds with Dennis and Stewart (twice). Each side win the battle once.
Modified it.
Again today with Matt and Tim.
Lancastrian attackers won.

All 3 games good.
Cavalry largely ineffectual in games 1,2 but excellent in game 3. They caught some levy on their own, without a general.

Game got done in 2 hours easily.

Players tend to risk their general in most cases.

Used the "dead general" markers. Seemed to work well.

"Dead generals" markers are these something that's in the workshop today.

Good question Les.
I have made a few and they seem to work. It is the dead /wounded general from the pack in the WOTR range. I think we will put 5 in a pack and call them "dead generals markers" if that seems a good idea all round?   I might make a special wounded general for the pack, but will finish experimentation in games first.

John Watson

I might need to buy two packs!

Stewart 46A

Martin, can I suggest 4 x dead general & 1 x dead CinC?

Stewart

Leman (Andy)

Here's an idea - use a dead general figure (i.e fully armoured) with a downed standard on the base as well to mark a dead C-in-C. There is already a dead king figure available and also a wounded general being supported off the field.
