I think we need to be more specific here Miles.
Which of the following do you have please?

1. Roads. For three tables 36 feet is needed. I can do  12 feet
2. Templates, general x 24. I can do 20
3. Trees = 90.  I can do 50
4. The hills in CWB are mainly gentle.  About 8 are needed. I can do 4
5. Fencing, 8 feet in needed.  No hedges. I can do 3
6. Three cloths. Each 6x3 feet.  I can do 1.

Anyone else have the needed items. If not i can make a second cloth, more fences and trees  no problem.

1 cloth.
Templates I can do 20 plus
Trees I can do 50 plus
I can do 24 foot of road.
I can do 4 Smooth hills and 3-4 rough hills.
Fences I can do one table maybe another. Not really counted how much fencing I ve got ?
I can do a railway with train as well.

It seems Martin and Miles have the scenery covered, I can lend you a cloth if no other players have one.

Do we want marsh and rocky templates ? As it's mainly battles along the Mississippi River area.
I will bring my train and track... we counted the track like a fence last year  so if your next to it you can use it for cover ?
One of these days I will get round to doing a 15mm Paddled type wooden/armoured gun boat.
I ve got an confederate type ironclad but not yet put together.

I will be there at 9.10.
The shop has a cafe for lunch as well as drinks.  Do try to use their cafe chaps.

I shall be at Entoyment  at 9am
Andy at the shop says he will be open for 8.30 am.
First game 9.45?
Out of shop by 5.30.
Cost for day will be £10 to the shop.
If you bring a mug it will be claer to whom it belongs.
