WS has come a long way since last I posted here it now fits into in to the CCC system. It's a little bit different from what has gone before. Its early days, but just started a limited beta

There is a tester FB group started and a new Forum

It was mostly FPW , and cover all the 'chocolate box' European wars, but has actually started the ACW as that was where I could get the most traction
