Hi, where do you get your 5x3 4" hex mats from?  Was it TinyWargames

Yep!

You just need to check that the hexes you receive are of the 6-sided variety.

4-sided hexes don't work so well with the rules.

Hopefully they've sorted out that little quality control issue.

But the mats are very nice.

Ah - so that's what they were!

Yes indeed - they didn't work very well, and the mat got sent back. I wasn't the first to have had this problem either.

But Tinywargames have been very decent whenever there have been such problems, and I'm very happy with the final result.

Stewart arranged the first mats and we used the same designs.

As Simon says we had some problems with the designs but it was all put right.
