Peter Pig basic packs will increase in price to £3.20 at the end of march 2017.  Usual reasons of increases in metal, wage and postal costs.

True for all the above... but time to get an order in all the same. :)

SimonC

speaking from experience - post Brexit vote and the drop in the £ all my oversea supplier costs have risen substantially. So, that is organic master and rubber production moulds ... white metal etc etc

I expect we'll see a lot price rises in wargaming soon!

thanks for the understanding

Just realised I need to get in before the price rise. AWI need a few more troops to finish them off.

Leslie BT

Sean you earn enough to pay the new price!!!

The AWI will only help support your lead mountain.

Sean Clark

Nothing like an incentive to get an order in whilst they are still the old price!

Colonel Kilgore

Exactly - if you think about it, it's a solid investment  :)

And to Mr Lurkio's point, others are already being forced to follow suit. Baccus have today announced price rises to take effect immediately after the Salute show:

[incidentally, the caption on the cigarette card image raised a smile...]

The price raise isn't too bad for folks across the pond. It went from $3.75 to $4.00.

Still not bad at roughly .50 cents a figure. Plus, supporting Peter Pig is always a great thing to do. Keep the miniatures coming!

Colonel Kilgore

I see that there's another price rise posted on the PP website (up to £3.40 per pack soon).

Probably a good time to put in a bulk order for your next 10 years' worth of figure needs? :)

With the costs of raw materials rising, along with pension contributions and all the other basic costs rising, 20 pence is a small additional price to pay for for such an excellent range of models, that are always beautiful cast and dispatched with all haste.
