Getting ready for gridded PITS

The new PITS gridded has got me to do some re-basing etc.
I thought I would post it here so that players can see/worry  what the changes might need them to do.  Of course players can still play the existing edition of PITS. It is not a game that demands universal adherence. Play what you like.

1. Each force needs a commander base. 4x4 with a bunch of figures.Name labelled too?
2.  Half leader bases for when a  leader is hit. Probably about 3 needed.
3. Dead bases. About 10 needed.
4. Scouted markers. I have made mine more clearly labelled, but no need to do so if yours are happy.
5. Dervish flag will become part of the Dervish commander base.
6. Half bases. About 6 needed. Maybe use the sergeants that are no longer needed?

I think this is not too much. I enjoy a bit of figure "refreshing" now and again.

All easily achievable.

I think my British leader will be mounted, because he needs to be seen by his men and accepts the risks!
