Just watched an episode of "How it's Made" on the Sci-Fi channel. The final part of the program was made at Perry miniatures and showed how they make the figures in both metal and plastic all the way from making the original blank up to casting. Great viewing.   Well worth trying to grab on catch-up if you can.

A quick glance on google to the How its made wiki page shows series 27 ep 1.  Marvel of modern science wiki is innit!!   hehehe
