Guernsey Liberation Day 2025

Just returned from the 80th anniversary of Guernsey's Liberation Day. This included a cavalcade of WW2 military vehicles along the sea front of St Peter Port. I have never seen so many in one place, and all in working order. A total of 174 vehicles including various motorbikes, Willys jeeps (early Willys built and later Ford built), Humber Super Snipe, White M3 Scout Car, Dodge Command Car, M3A1 half track, M8 Greyhound A/C, M5 half track, US Cushman para scooter, Chevrolet personnel carrier, Kubelwagen, Kettenkrad, Austin Tilly, Daimler Dingo, Citroen Avant, Morris Quad, Matador, Austin ambulance, to name but a few.
