Dictator ( attacker)v Colonial (defender)

Weymouth Mike and stewart took the defender position.
martin and Dennis took on the attacker role.

Defender win. 17points.

The defenders did well to win.
There were 4 pieces of solid buildings  (the maximum).
There were 4 pieces of jungle (the maximum).

This gave good cover for the defenders, but did allow for outflanking by the attacker.

Communications seemed to go well (I thought).
There was some concern about the  big effect of pinning. i.e keep pinning and they are stuck. However, a pinned result usually requires 9D6.

The defenders chose 4 units with some extra bases.
The attackers chose 3 units plus heavy armour, MGs and guns.

Pinning hasn't been an issue in our games yet. Some people are reluctant to trade hits for a chance at a pin.

Having said that, it's great when you achieve it!
