Just for fun. ;)

Thursday  14th September is the first release date for the iphone 15.
Who will be there with their £1000+ ready for a "must have" new phone?
Apparently it has a new USB socket and improved ability to watch films on it.
My closest apple dealer is Southampton. 60 miles away but that matters little when I can get such an object.
I predict queues. They have special roped off areas in which young men (almost always  young men) can queue.
Can you resist?

I think I'll just about manage to save myself £1,000.

I could instead stick with my current phone and buy 229 packs of Peter Pig figures, and still have change for a can of pop.

Now what would I buy?

Moggy

Pepsi or would it be Coke?

Any technological advance leaves me pining for my Landau and a good soak in the tin tub in front of the living room fire.

Smoking gun

The new Iphone 15 is £799 so Sean will have to forgo his expensive cans of pop habit. The 15 plus is £1000.

I'm quite happy with my "like new" mid range android phone I bought through Amazon (other phone retailers are available) earlier this week. Saving me over £500 of which I spent £425 on an ex display electric reclining leather sofa. This leaves me with some pocket money for the trip to the Northern Piggies day next month. Far better use of £799 I think.

If you're looking for a new Iphone now is a good time to buy an older model as they drop in price when the model is released.

Best wishes,
Martin Buck

Presumably Prime, since Sean is down with the cool kids?
