The thief on the left is saying nothing, as he's struggling under the burden of his loot and trying to make off with it while others are busy fighting.

The one in the middle is saying "Come and get some if you think you're tough enough."

The one on the right is a Monty Python extra ("run away, run away! "). He has been cunningly sculpted to double as a medieval zombie, with an appropriate paint job.
