Saturday  16th April is the Battle day at Entoyment store.
Mexican revolution.
Myself, Mike and Chris should be there for 9am.

Stewart is not well so will probably miss the day. A shame.

I propose we start gaming at 9.30.
Each player needs

1.20 D6 and an additional 4 D6 of a different colour to  mark the AP given out by the unit officer.
2. An army listed in terms of units, additions shared out etc so that every one can use an army of their choice if they wish.

e.g
I have chosen "main rebels" for the army i have designed.
It is average quality.

Unit 1 is a foot unit +4 bases
Unit 2 is a foot unit +4 bases
Unit 3 is a foot unit +4 bases
Unit 4 is a mounted unit +10 bases
1 field gun
1 general

Questions

"Do i need to have attached my extra bases to units or can I wait and have a big think about it before each game ?  Answer= you must design your army with the additions already in place as part of your army design. It will save time. You might also choose the scenery you would like. Anything that saves time on the actual day.

Do I need to own the figures for that army?  Answer=No there will be spare figures on the day for you to use.

Are the games  fought as a pair or on my own?  Answer= Either is fine.

Will there be spare battle sheets and play sheets for me to use?  Answer = yes.

Parking.  There is free car parking nearer the road. Try not to park directly outside the shop unless you have a mobility disability. There are only 4 spaces outside the shop but 35 nearer the road.

What are the timings for the day.  Answer. This is a bit speculative but game 1 should be 9.30 to 12.30
Luncheon at the Entoyment prairie cafe.
Game 2 should be 1.00 to 4.30.

I am happy to be there as late as needs be because I only live 30 miles away.

Good hunting

Sorry to hear that Stewart is poorly, and also that I can't be with you tomorrow.

I hope the traffic is kind to you all, and that you have a great day's gaming.
