This is an excellent resource from the old RFCM yahoo group. It tells you what units you require for each battle. Helps plan your spending more efficiently!

Thanks Sean. That's the kind of kick I needed to remind me that those scenarios are there and I've only ever played one. I must get out my BB stuff, reinvigorate it and fight the entire WOR over a 12 month period. There is another club member who is keen both on the period and the rules.

They are great rules and give a fun quick plausible game. I've down several of the battles but then a couple of years ago committed heresy and sold my figures. I'm now building the armies for both sides to enable me to fight all of the battles in the book.  We did Towton at the Alumwell show around 5 years ago and it went down very well.

On fact I try to build all the forces for both sides for thone rules with historical battles in them - Civil War Battles, Battles in the Age of War and Washington Army. A bit mad I know but it keeps me happy and out of mischief  😂

I really can't argue with that. I love refighting historical battles.

It is a very interesting period,  The set of recent books by Conn Iggulden are very entertaining too.

I have it on Kindle, and started it, but a little disappointed it goes right back to the early part of Henry VI's reign. I was rather hoping for a saga of the WOR from the point of view of a Sharpe-type character (maybe a lesser noble) rather than from the point of view of the actual historical characters. But I suppose I'll give it another go as I enjoyed his Mongol trilogy.
