35 litre Really Useful Boxes

I normally use the 4 litre and 9 litre Really Useful Boxes to store my figures and scenery pieces.

However, these are a little too small for hills and similar templates, and get quite expensive for their relatively small volumes.

I'm finding these to be a good compromise between internal volume / ease of storage / ability to fit a couple in the car boot for games.

I'm a big fan of the 4 litre.  I'll have a look at the 35 litre.

I used to use A4 box files, but there was a lot of wasted space. So I bought some RUB9L and mdf insert trays which doubled my storage. Then I realised that the mdf trays are a fairly good fit for the box files and this should double my storage again. This only really works though for 15mm or smaller.

We have something similar over here, but I have never started to use them. I seem to be stuck on a variety of mdf trays or custom boxs.  I can see the benefits, particularly for scenery etc.

I've increasingly started to use the Really useful 4 litre boxes. Thinking of trying some of the "hobby trays" they do to go in them.

Commission Figurines does some very good trays in various sizes. They're designed for 4 & 9L boxes.

The 35L is very useful for Scenery and is easy to take upstairs at Entoyment.
Now Hobbycraft is open again I will get some 4 and 9L boxes.
