Pete and martin

Pete and martin had a BB game at Entoymnet on 23rd December.
A standard game.

Pete's army had 3 household foot units. ~Expensive but good.
martin's army had  cavalry and 9 hand gunner bases.
The fighting was very bloody.
In 3 fights Pete  scored  on average 7 out of 10 5,6 hits.
martin (defender) got pushed back to the table edge. From this point the fights went martin's way. Resulting in Pete losing a lot of men.
Pete won because martin could not get off his base edge before the game ended.
Both flanks remained quiet as the central wards of both armies pulled in unit after unit to help force the issue.

Marvellous battle.

Cavalry
The cavalry (martin's) turned up and had a fight with 11D6 versus a foot ward (Pete's) with 5D6. The foot ward slaughtered the cavalry
