Western theatre  1862-63
Winner was Miles with 11 battle points. Union.
Confederates were Chris, John, Colin and martin.
Union were Miles, Nigel, Big Mike, Chris.
Dave turned up too with his tram.   Nice tram.
I still have not remembered the rules fully but a great day.
Scenery was all excellent.
All armies painted.
Plenty of interest by observers.

Of Note
Miles' army failed to turn up in game 1.
Colin's rebs could not hit a barn door at this dist...
John found the 2004 victory point schedule. well done John.

Good day yesterday. Thank you Martin for organising it,and those that came.
First Wargames I ve won for ages as well.  Must admit my first victory didn't feel like it, more like a game of survival; Thanks to John. All I had on the table was 2 guns and my Generals.
But 2 very good and relaxed games. Did like the additional +2 to all Falter tests on "Political Pressure" never "won" that before. Very useful indeed,for the 2nd game. Handy as I was attacking,had to take the middle Objective; and my Cavlary were an annoying nuisance as per  usual, but Chris knew that was coming !
I still think it's the Best PP game.
