I was really struggling with loading pictures. I have used a site called 'TinyPic' http://tinypic.com/

You upload your pictures just like to photobucket etc. Then you need to copy the link for 'IMG Code for Messgae boards and forums'

Just copy and paste this into the body of your message. You dont need to use the link above. Of course it would be easier to show you in person!

Another vote for tinypic.com.

No log-in: just upload the file, which gets re-sized automatically and provides the link as Sean says.

Very quick and easy!
