Well i had originally got together my sails for the Black Pearl. But while drilling a larger hole into the base of the sails as i had replaced the bottom mast section. My drill bit broke and the sail esembley flew in opposite directions !!!
I found  the broke drill bit but yet to find the sails ?
So i had to then make my own as Martin explained how you can't get spare sails from PP ?
This happened Tuesday and i still can't finds my sails ? More pictures to come

Thank you, the pictures look good, I may have to look at getting a few 1/600th sailing ships to fill out the fleet, I like to have different designs.

Well this is it sort of complete. I ve got to give the sails a rub down tomorrow, to get the moulding knife marks out of the picture. I might now make up the front sails to match, because i ve got 3 triangle sails to put on yet. Then its a case of ordering some ratlines.

Getting there. I prefer the foresails after doing the mainsails i knew where i went wrong ! Must admit now it is relatively easy to make sails and masts.
Just got the deck Furniture, and guns to put on and a paint job. Also when they arrive Ratlines to put on as well.

Thank you Duncan. I followed what Martin has done on the second mast, then had to bring the first mast up to standard. Looks like i will have to fabricate another set of sails for one of the other large ships as well, otherwise i won't have enough 3 sail masts.
My Ratlines from Atlantic models arrived to ! Less than a week from order to delivery.(  but they were in stock)

I have been trying to find some sails for sale online but nothing in a similar enough scale unfortunately.  I did see the taglines and stuff but I have to admit I am not that into sailing ships to know much about what they are so am keeping them basic similar to Martin's.
