This is Richard from TINYWARGAMES I sold to Wesley fitton due to ill health and he messed it all up by overspending on an office and not following my advice. He messed it up and starting slagging me off online. The very small minority of unhappy customers started a vendetta against me and Wesley is trying to recover the money he spent on it. I am counter suing for £50k as he has defamed me online. It was sold in good faith and was running ok. He messed it all up. I will win the case and recover TINYWARGAMES and make it bigger and better. TINYWARGAMES was clearly explained to him and we never had a signed agreement. All of his claims are false. I gave him training and all the help he needed. He has since sold the printer I sold him.

That is 540 issues total. That is good.
54 problems per year.
5 per month.

Note that TINYWARGAMES was sold in good faith in August 2024, unfortunately the new owner messed it all up in 3 months and blamed me. We sold over 13500 mats in ten years and only 0.04% issues with customers. Wesley the new owner ruined the business in 3 months. He is trying to sue me! I am counter suing for £50,000 for defamation online. TINYWARGAMES is not trading at present!

To set the record straight I sold wargames to Wesley fitton who seemed a good fit for the company however he turned out to be no good and went out of business in three  months after run TINYWARGAMES for 10 years. He blamed me and is trying to sue me . The sale was honest and transparent. I am defending myself and countersuing him for £50000. TINYWARGAMES is currently no longer trading. Richard

Richard here from Tinywargames. I have run Tiny wargames since 2015, I have over 200 mat designs and over 1000 happy customers, we ran everything within paypal inc shipping, printing, clients and money transactions, we use paypal working capital as a cashflow option, which we have used for 3 years, we were promised £29000, but after another request the paypal "algorithm" suddenly said NO!

We had an option of getting an investor to put cash into the business, but they pulled out after we announced this on facebook.

We have had to close the website down as its not right to take any more money or orders if they can not be processed.

ALL MONIES ARE AND HAVE been processed but this does take time, paypal are not being helpful or responsive, even though we process £95000 a year via them! The last thing we want to do is upset our valued customers, we are looking for new investment in the new year, nothing dodgy, I am NOT a thief, we are victims of paypals stupid automated Agorithm system!
