Grumbles / Re: Someone complaining on LAF about Peter Pig

Hopefully, your customer in Canada, will be so impressed by your beautiful RCW figures that it will break his heart to even think about returning the figures. He will get hours of enjoyment from painting and basing his reds and/or whites and he can impress his friends with the results.
Here's hoping

You must be a really bad person Simon. By the way have you told your daughter about her birthday treat at Colours yet?

I've noticed it has been slow. Assumed it was my WiFi. I really should pay my bill.

I think he was mainly old school type wargaming, similar to Donald Featherstone, but as Martin says a bit left field with some of his ideas. I think I saw him at one of the shows up north back in the day, probably Triples or Fiasco and talked to him briefly.

I will have to enquire if he has any of the Guano Wars figure available.
Thanks Martin.

Send a phone text message saying that a rogue figure has been placed in their soldier box at the last show they attended. If they don't pay £100 by 5 o'clock today the figure will be activated locking the soldier box for good. Click on the link below to arrange payment. Link sneofmsg/36\seofnghufm.

Best thing. Peter Pig. Thanks Martin.
Worst thing. The loss of small figure manufacturers like Warrior and Outpost and their associated ranges that are not available in any other form.

I believe the epic figures have a scale of their own.i.e 13.5mm

It makes no sense to me at present, but I'm sure it will eventually.

They look alright. What did you use to mark the grids? Was there any bleeding into the material?

PBI / Re: Printed PBI
August 06, 2025, 06:02:35 PM
Stewart, did you mean me? If so, I got PBI printed by doxdirect.com. I went for a hardback 131 pages and it cost about £42. I kept the Company Architect as a pdf and will print off pages as I need them. If you go for ring bound then the cost drops to around £27. This is full colour. Obviously the more you have printed the cheaper per copy it becomes.

I shall miss it this year. First time in about 20 years.

Martin, perhaps you could confirm the mat size once you receive it. Perhaps we'll all order one then.

Could try asking your Internet provider for a replacement router. It's like turning it off and on again, but one level up!
