How did rivers and tracks work?
Wednesday's game saw Plains Indians attacking a band of Gunman who had taken a stage coach.
River seemed to work ok but the defender is placing the defence piece in the same area so it ends up as a bit of a siege. Hopefully suggestions after the game will try to change this.
Indians had two vet foot units, 1 ave mounted and 2 raw mounted units. Gunman had 1 vet,2 av, 1 raw all mounted.
Gunmen got 2 units (vet and ave in defence piece) raw unit into a very rough hill and ave unit running for the defence area.
Indians attacked the raw unit and destroyed it. Then the ave mounted units tried to ride the gunman down but they got away.
The foot vet units attacked the defence piece but were both repulsed a counter attack destroyed one of them leaving a space for the 3rd gunman unit to enter the defence piece.
Final score 53 defender , 25 attacker
