Title: An apology
Post by: Smiley Miley 66 on August 21, 2025, 03:56:40 AM
I have to apologise for my absence from the past few weeks,I had to miss a few "Games days" which if it caused any problems i am sorry. I hit my head a few weeks ago on a low tree branch. After 3 visits to hospital and various Nurses etc. they have come to the conclusion that I must have "bruised" my Brain . Hence why I been getting blinding headaches ? As CT scan showed nothing unusual.
I just left me saying this has been the cheapest "Hangover" I ve ever experienced? Without having to spend out on buying the Alcohol to archive it !
At the same time I ve had a few Stressful things to deal with at work and home ? So this has help compound my headaches as well.
But I am happy to say this week my Headaches are not so blinding so far, so hopefully things are steadily improving. I ve changed certain things at work, after many months of argument and working alongside my operations manager, actually got the pay we deserve as the (Christchurch) part of the C in BCP council?
Managed to actually get the extra £2000 per year we were promised, which is better than I actually expected as I set my sights low to avoid disappointment!
Which is good news hopefully now I can pay for WWW and PP hopefully in November/December will have another little order from me with our catch up pay ?
So on with my preparations for our game at Colours, hopefully see you there.
Miles

Good news Miles. And no need to apologise, life happens!

Looming forward to see you soon...possibly whatever comes in October and if not then at WWW.

You do need to take care of yourself Miles.
Watch out for those accidents.
I wish you well and urge you to take care.

I think you should also try to let people know if you are going to let them down.
Not a top priority but an important one.
I was a little miffed at the extra £20 spent too.

Best wishes.

Sorry Martin about that but Friday I was in a very bad place.
Saturday morning I didn't even wake until gone 10 which is way over any time I would usually sleep too.
I will make it up to you ?

Martin Next time I see you I will give you back the £20.
As I hate to see people go out of pocket, and being miffed at me as well! As it was my fault.
I ve even changed the round I was on so I don't have to look at the tree that caused all the past few weeks problems !
I ve missed 2 concerts I paid tickets for in fear of the music sending me somewhere I didn't want to be ?
Also 3 games days. So doing well, So far behind on my modelling/painting.
But I will get there.
Hopefully next week I can catch up a bit as I got most of the week off.
