Title: Geek Villain mats

They are expecting to be up and printing their mats in two weeks.
Good luck to them.

It seems odd that they go through these fallow periods where their stock runs put. I can only imagine that they outsource their printing and have to wait on a time slot where their work can be done.

It does not sound very commercial.
I would expect mats to be fully in stock. They store well, age well and have a good profit margin.
Possibly many wargamers do not buy mats in the quantity we do here?

It does seem an odd approach, given the quality of their mats. Storage may be a problem if the premises are small.
