TBH this is less of a grumble and more for information. When I first started using Flikr, to be able to post photos to various sites, they tended to upload very quickly, and certainly the same day. However Flikr now appear to be making certain policy changes to encourage users to subscribe to Pro. My account with them is free and I can still post over 600 photos, but because it is free they are now taking three weeks to upload. I cannot just drop pictures in from my computer as any photos taken after 2020 just do not appear in my files. No idea why.
