Can I just ask if the diagram on page 100 for diagonal side shooting is correct. The column of squares on the right of the diagram apparently all give side shots, whereas I would have expected the top two squares to be grey. What have I missed.
Thanks Garry

Hi Gary
Apologies, which diagram are you referring to?
Thanks for replying. The one at the top of your post.

I'm not an authority on this Garry, but I'm fairly sure the top three boxes ought to be in grey, and very possibly the bottom one too.
Gun arcs and armour arcs work on a 90' principle.
This means a diagonal 90' forms a square box.
The frontal arc will be a 1,3,5,7 triangular looking pattern.
The consideration of :"side shot" is based on whether the shooter is in the pattern or not.
The arc covers the whole table.
Let me know if more info needed

Yes thanks Martin I understand the principle but the diagram on p.100 looks wrong to me. How can the red star get a side shot?

Oh yes I see what you mean. Just scribble out the right hand column Garry.

Thanks Martin, just finished my first game after several years away. It's a great game!
